THE ASSOCIATION FOR WATER PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION OF SOUTH SERBIA (WASS) provided a donation worth over 30,000 euros from the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), in the form of personal protective equipment and disinfectants, to help with the epidemic caused by the COVID-19 virus.

These equipment and funds are intended for distribution in 28 public utility companies, members of the Association.

Support packages include personal protective equipment, suits, disinfectants, masks, gloves, boots, sprays, and visors.

This is a regional initiative within the framework of German development cooperation, and the total value of support to public utility companies in combating the COVID-19 pandemic for all six countries of the Western Balkans is 400,000 euros.
